We strive to provide high-quality educational services and digital products. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Online Courses

Because online courses provide immediate access to digital educational content, all course purchases are generally considered final.

Refund requests may be considered only if:

• The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase;
• Less than 10% of the course content has been accessed or completed; and
• No downloadable resources have been extensively used.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Workshops

Refunds for workshops may be available if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

No refunds will be issued after the workshop has begun.

If A1College cancels a workshop, participants will receive either:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer to a future session.

Consulting Services

Consulting fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered.

If consulting has not yet begun, cancellation requests may be reviewed individually.

Digital Products

Digital products, including trading tools, Expert Advisors (EAs), indicators, templates, downloadable resources, and software licenses, are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, unless required by applicable law.

Duplicate Payments

Duplicate or accidental payments will be fully refunded.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact A1College before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any billing issues promptly.
